TRANSPARENCY / UPDATED 17 SEPTEMBER 2026
Disclaimer
Clear intentions. No hidden promises.
A family initiative, not a charity
Sophia’s Future Fund is not a registered charity, a regulated investment scheme or an independently supervised fund. Contributions are intended as voluntary personal gifts to Sophia’s dad. This initiative has no charity regulator or financial-services oversight. The payment provider and any ISA provider have their own regulatory responsibilities; this statement does not describe their status.
Intended use, not a guarantee
The intention is to contribute net gifts into an ISA in Sophia’s name for her future education, subject to provider requirements, eligibility and contribution limits. Gifts reach her dad first. This website cannot independently verify each transfer, guarantee how future funds are spent or promise any financial or educational result. A Junior ISA belongs to Sophia and she can normally withdraw at 18.
No financial advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. No return is promised. The value of investments, if used, can fall as well as rise. Seek appropriately qualified advice about your own circumstances. See GOV.UK’s Junior ISA guidance for general information.
Payment and protection
PayPal or Ko-fi and its processor handle payments. Their fees, availability, transaction classifications and protections apply. A label on this website does not create buyer protection or a right to a refund. Review the provider’s terms and confirm the recipient before sending money.
Images and the story
The story is based on the family’s description of Sophia, written to respect her dignity and privacy. It is not a prediction of achievement. Our generated educational imagery is illustrative and does not depict Sophia or document a real event.
